ABOUT JAY QUINN:
From New Zealand's most eminent surfing family: Jay's dad was CEO and President of  the NZ national surfing body and an ASP judge. Sibling Maz the country's only ASP Mens World Tour member and 4 times National Champ. Sister Holly NZ women's champ. Not to be out done Jay has won all three  junior National titles plus  the Open mens as well as the NZ longboard title. While in 2000 Jay won the ISA World Grommet title, the only World Surfing title a Kiwi has won.  For five years now Jay has been touring the World as  an ASP WQS competitor. Recently Jay has turned his focus to coaching, completing  Australia's level one followed by a stint as NZ Team Player/Coach to the world Surfing Games in Costa Rica in 2009.

"We need to vastly improve or be left behind the rest of the world. Countires like Tahiti, Costa Rica, Peru and others we were way ahead are catching up and are improving at a much faster rate than NZ"  says Jay.

Jay is available for group surf clinics or one on one elite surfer coaching sesions.  He continues to compete nationally and Internationally on the WQS which gives him several months to commit to coaching.
